This is just located 5 miles outside Scappoose, OR. Location, location, location. I have one of the wildest micro-climates imaginable. Always worse than the metro when it comes to winter weather. Now what happens when all this melts?!! I am 4 feet from Scappoose creek. Can anyone say, "flood?"
