Designed for department use by EOD, Narcotics and SWAT teams. Suspects barricaded in a home, Tac-Cat pulls up, pulls off the door as the 'claw' looks the suspect in the eye -- its a standoff -- the room fills with teargas and out comes the suspect, falling to the ground, all officers safe, and a cry of 'I SURRENDER' from the suspect face down on the grass...
