I drove by and saw the owner dealing with this. PSU has the worst security in the city in their parking lots. Really bad thing is the location is highly visible from two floors. And thieves did this in broad daylight! Zero cameras. Zero security.

Yeah it was still there today. They didn't even put it on blocks... No common courtesy these days.

Maybe instead of building new housing, they should instead invest in security to prevent theft and sexual assaults on campus!

I've had my car broken into on more than one occasion in the parking garages. They have even attempted to steal the car itself while I was in class for 30 minutes during the middle of the day. PSU sucks as far as security is concerned.
