Snow in the hills out of Scappoose Oregon @ 4:00 p.m. today. Hasn't stopped snowing yet. Accumulation of approximately 2 inches now. (5:50 p.m.) We live at 667 ft. elevation. 10 miles up Scappoose Vernonia Highway. Towards Vernonia Oregon.
