Whale washed up on beach, Long Beach, Wa

Whale in my backyard!

This is a whale that has washed up on the beach, (Long Beach, Wa), otherwise known as my backyard. Police and department of fish and wild life were on the beach at about 1500 then left. The whale did not appear to be moving as the waves were crashing into him or when the birds were landing on him. One photo attached appears to have some blood near his mouth indicating he may have beached due to an injury, I am not a professional marine life specialist though. So sad!

Just throwing out suppositions and accusations is not the way to lead us to the truth. This is 1 whale Out of hundreds by the US west coast right now. Possibly natural? Don't overlook the obvious...Occam's razor in full effect.

Solar flares! Be real, more likely anthropomorphic, man created sounds and machines, are much more likely to have been responsible. Based on the early descriptions, birds feed on it, mean it could have been dead for a significant period of time. Sad!

As the Navy moves forward increasing their use of sonar I hope that more Americans can turn away from the propaganda of natural events and come to terms with the reality that the Navy is killing whales and dolphins with sonar.

I wonder if it's the solar flares? The last time whales beached in Long Beach was January 23rd when we had another large solar flare event.

R.I.P whale. I was standing outside of my hotel when i seen what looked like a whale trying to fight the current.. when i finally managed to get close enough i seen what looked to be a medium sized grey whale dead for sure. :(
