Two examples of mess left weekly by our garbage service. If something spills, it stays on ground. They wouldn't think of stopping & picking anything up. Weeks ago a large piece of stryofoam was blown into my neighbor's yard on pickup day. Now, each week she tries to to get rid of it, they throw it out!

Bag your trash, tie it off. Then this won't happen.

I was watching the pickup of my garbage the other morning, a bag split open and fell to the ground. The contents were immediately picked up by the driver and disposed of. I have never had a problem with my service. Thanks garbage guy.
