If "Red at Morning means sailors take Warning" and a "Rainbow" in the West means weather at its best" then what do we get when we have both?
We woke up to two beautiful sights a rare view indeed. I love our weather here its never boring that is for sure.
We can get everything from tornadoes to typhoons( hurricane like storms in the Pacific ocean") to some down right nasty winter storms to sweltering summers.
Yup, we can get it all or, we may get none of those at all.
Did you know that our winters can get cold enough to freeze the Columbia River? My, mother's grand father drove across the Columbia River when it was frozen once, it probably can't happen today because of al the mils along its banks. But still that is pretty dang cold if you ask me.
