Many of you may not know this but you might want to think real hard about your Products having to do with Sony.
Sony is dying it seems. it is now worth only 1.11 Trillion and those numbers don't seem to be very far a head ofr the billions mark.
Sony's stalks are falling like a rock and there seems to be no end to its demise at this time.
So to those of us with PS3's and other electronics from Sony, we may want to really think long and hard about our next investments.
if you do not believe me Look up NYSE:SNE,TYO:6758.
There is even a rumor that some one had predicted the down fall of Sony in this very year.
there are also rumors like:
Times are tough all over right now, but times are especially tough at Sony. They've only just announced plans to axe thousands of employees, and already The Times reckon things are about to get worse.
While Sony are all "no we're not" on the speculation/leak, The Times insist that next month (following the Consumer Electronics Show), Sony will not only announce the closure of several factories in Japan, but will go so far as to shut down some of their "major divisions".
Sony announced Thursday it plans to lay off 10,000 employees, about 6 percent of there staff.
that with the combined totals of 6,000 and 8,000 of last year equals to 28,000 total employees laid off.
Some people are saying that it is how Sony has treated its consumers over the Removal of the Other OS and its karma biting them in there rears.
Some say it is due to natural disasters that have occurred from the Tsunami and quakes. While others are saying the Company has had no real and new products worth the buying.
What ever the case is, Sony had better do something to make the consumers and share holders happy. if it means reintroducing Linux to the PS3 then Do it, they already proved that Linux wasn't the threat when there online systems was easily hacked and every ones data irregardless if they had a gaming console or not was placed in jeopardy.
