I am hearing through Friends and family that many places are getting severe thunderstorms, and I mean severe enough that some people we know in the Tacoma Area has had there power knocked out with them describing Sideways rain.
Bu hear we have had neither of that, instead we have had a peaceful day.
It seems that our area for some odd reason doesn't get those storms. I guess our Micro-climate breaks them up and keeps them forming. even My Parents who live 10 miles from here get some Thunderstorms.
I have been hoping and praying for a good storm to capture with my HD Camera. But out of the 3 years of having it, we never got a lightning storm worth mentioning.
I would like to see one good thunderstorm dry enough where I can tape the lightning.
Ok I admit, We don't want a tornado, just a good storm will suffice .
