Boeckman Rd. in Wilsonville is closed for major repair. I saw this PGE crew setting a temporary pole in the middle of the roadway on Wednesday,and snapped some pictures with my cellphone. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I went back on Thursday, and they were working on pulling wire. Evidently, the roadway is failing and has to be completely redone. This section of road is only a few years old, but was laid across a wetland and the ground is unstable. The PGE crew is stringing a temporary bypass for the electrical lines which are currently underground, and will be dug up during the roadway repair.
