On I-5 when we spotted this With car speeding with no plates.
In another video I have a motor Cycle with some weird plate that is unusual. Unable to read it.
I hope in this post an officer can get what he needs to catch this person.

Ok here is a theory, May be they are a "Sovereign Citizen" but then again, maybe they just stole the car? Is that better? resides CIA has better vehicles then that, I should hope after all were paying for the things.

Aw, Lee, I'm disappointed in you. No theories about it being a CIA car? Or wait, I got it, maybe he's a pilot and he's on his way to the airport to fly one of the chem trail planes!
