Solar Spotlights Emergencey Lighting

Many of us have went out to Wall mart and got those Solar lights, some of us went out and paid 20 bucks for a garden decorative piece or just thought that they were the coolest thing on the market and just had to get one.

Well Did you know that you can use them for another purpose?

Emergency Lighting.
The Light in the Photo is of a Westinghouse 10 Dollar Unit which is nothing out of the ordinary save for it is extremely bright. This Spot Light has a range of 30 feet when fully charged and a life of about 5 hours. Long enough to play some board games, feed you baby and what ever else it is one needs to do with out falling and cracking there heads on a cupboard.

They do have a 3.2 V Double A battery.
Take care not to confuse these with other batteries you might fry something.

In short, your Garden lights double as emergency lighting with self charging abilities, now when they are completley depleted you might get 2 or 4 hours out of them after the sun has set. these 2 will charge even on a cloudy day and If need be you can charge the batteries hopefully before the lights go out in a charging unit.

At least some light is better then no light am I right?
We also purchased some decorative lanterns as well.. They are not as bright but still do a great job for light areas that are small, like the bathroom. or closet.
