Successful companies recognize good employees

My wife and I went to the beach in February 2008 and we had a great time just being tourists and enjoying our time together. Storms at the coast are common, but sunshine can be so pure. Just found these pictures and had to share them. This trip to the beach was a gift from my wife's employer for a "job well done" in 2007. More employers should do the same!
