ICY ROAD SURFACES LIKELY TONIGHT ESPECIALLY IN OUTLYING AREAS...
.A VERY WEAK WEATHER DISTURBANCE CONTINUES TO GENERATE JUST ENOUGH LIFT TO WRING OUT A STEADY MIST OR DRIZZLE THIS EVENING. MEANWHILE... TEMPERATURES ARE FALLING BACK BELOW FREEZING ACROSS MOST INLAND AREAS OF SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON AND NORTHWEST OREGON. ENOUGH PRECIPITATION IS FALLING TO CREATE WET ROAD SURFACES... AND AS TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING THESE ROAD SURFACES WILL LIKELY FREEZE... ESPECIALLY IN OUTLYING AREAS AND ON UNTREATED SECONDARY ROADS.
Really, I would have to say that enough moisture was produced to create very Hazardous conditions.
