Bill and Chelsey Clinton came to Portland on 5/17/08, Saterday afternoon, for a rally at North Clackamas Park. Chelsey arrived a little late for the event, about 1/2 hour after Bill came on stage, and addressed the cheering crowd for about 5 minutes. She then handed the mike back over to her father, and he continued with his speech to the crowd. The crowd was enthusicastic, and Bill and Chelsey held them in rapt attention for about an hour. Afterwards, both Bill and Chelsey personally greeted the crowd and signed autographs.

Chelsey I don't know if you will get this but I have just heard the news and think it is awful you can not have a normal wedding. God bless you. I wish you all the best. Mrs.D. Abel
