Wilco is making way for growth and new buildings with the demolition of what I believe to be a grain elevator at their Donald, OR site. The Donald Farmers Co-Op merged with other local Farmer's Co-Ops back in 1967 to become Wilco. An employee told me the Co-Op building being demolished was put up back in the 1950's. Wilco is adding the site which will bring in more business and a few new jobs.
Donald is a small town mostly notable for The Donald Cafe and its famous skate park. It now brags of an antique store and its first barber shop to service Donald's 895 residents.
