As the sun was setting to the West, a rare Thunderstorm moved through East Multnomah County from the East. Several rainbows came and went as the storm pushed in, but this odd video shows a "Night" rainbow. No color can be seen, but the outline of the rainbow can be seen (look closly) one side to the other.
Rainbow at night???
