Weird circle around the sun

At about 1:30pm my sister calls me from the Oregon Zoo to tell me to go out side and look at the sun because there was a circle around it. So I went outside and sure enough it was there. The picture does not have a glare from the sun to make the circle, that's really there.

The circle around the sun was on the new for almost a week!. It came up when they started the LHC (Large Hadrone Colider). The LHC was about to make a black hole, And went to every planets in the univers. if they havnt turn of the lhc it will b fatal
