My friend Tracy and I (Stori) were at Blue Lake Park in Fairview, OR for the wakeboarding competition and i noticed some weird rainbows in the sky. There were 3 of them then all of a sudden i noticed a ring around the sun. It was something i had never seen before. This was around 2:00pm. I have no clue what could have caused this and i would love to know!
