Wanted to let all of you know about a few things we have going on to help raise funds. First, we are having a fund raiser at On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina in Vancouver on Thursday the 10th of July. The fund raiser will run from 11am-10pm July 10th. On the Boarder has graciously agreed to donate 20% of all food and drinks dined in or taken out. Most importantly you must have our Liz flyer on colored paper for the restaurant to donate the funds. You must also tell your server ahead of time. I have a copy of the flyer, anyone interested can email me back and I can forward you the attachment. If you don't have a printer, email me and I can mail you a flyer or several if you need them. Do not forget you must have the flyer to have 20% go to Liz.

Next we will be having a yard sale on Saturday and Sunday July 12th and 13th. The sale will be held at Katee Nikkilas at 4013 NW 131st St Vancouver WA 98685. All proceeds will go to Liz. If you have something you would like to donate for the sale please contact me ASAP, darlaahood@gmail.com or lizsyardsale@gmail.com . And if you can't find something to donate, stop by and see if you can find something to purchase.

Liz has just been notified that she will be able to continue her treatments at Dornbeckers Children's Hospital in Portland OR (only 20 miles from her home). This is a blessing, Liz has been staying at the Ronald McDonald house in Seattle for the past 5 months. This will make her life so much easier! Thank you...all of you who prayed for her...this is a answer to our prayers!
