"Step Leader" caught on video In Gresham

Just after 4 seconds into this video there is a "Step Leader" coming up from the ground about 50 ft in front of me. It is very quick and I'm not sure if you can slow this video down but if you can be looking just after 4 seconds. A step leader is a weaker electrical charge that comes up from the ground and the charge "Lightning" from the clouds comes down to meet it.

You can also during play, pause and hold the left mouse down on the display meter and movie as slow as your hand is capable. Highspeed internet works best.

Use the pause button after 4 seconds into this video. By clicking on the pause/play button fast, on and off, you will be able to see what is called a positive streamer or positive step leader. It shows up at 5 seconds on my video counter on this page
