With temps like these ylu animals can get frost bit in areas like Paws and Snout it out in this kind of weather for too long.

And make sure if you have an out door dog ( my biggest pet peve) make sure there water is not Frozen .
And remember new Laws about tethering your dog for two long in Washington State.

So you're saying that animals who have a much larger instinct at survival than humans are ill-prepared for the colder temperatures? Isn't that why mammals have a coat of fur (other than humans?) Who are you to tell me what to do?
