Santa brought me an old T-Bird

Santa Claus was very good to me this year, despite the fact I've been a very bad, bad boy.

He is very forgiving, obviously.

He dragged a 1960 Ford Thunderbird up from Grants Pass, Oregon and put it in my driveway.

It has the original 352 c.i. Thunderbird V-8 engine, 3 speed manual transmission with overdrive, power steering and power brakes. Also has AM/FM electronic in dash radio and wind up windows. It has a B&M speed shifter and a racing clutch.

As The Beach Boys sang, "We'll have Fun, Fun, Fun, etc"

Daddy won't take it away, either.

The Hot Rod magazine I found at a local hobby shop has a full article road test of the 1959 T-Bird which is virtually identical, other than the chrome badging and tail lights, to the 1960 model.

Actually I do feel good. Corned beef hash is one of my favorite foods in the winter. :)
