Still waiting for the next big show after 10 years

Aurora show over the Sisters Nov 7, 2004

Tonight there is a high probability of Northern Lights edging south to visit us in Oregon and Washington. Unfortunately clouds and rain often make viewing impossible this time of year. However for those who don't believe you can see them in Oregon this a photo taken on November 7, 2004 from a ridge overlooking the Three Sisters Volcanoes. The sun is active again so lets hope for some more visits. Nikon FM2n Provia 400F (Film!) at ISO 1000 and 15 secs exposure 28mm Nikor F2 lens.
