Streets quiet in Forest Grove

Except for a few very proud truck and SUV owners and an occasional passenger car which must have excellent insurance, the Thatcher Rd. area is very quiet with residents in groups taking strolls to the Plaid Pantry at the bottom of the hill. In early afternoon the fine, light snow began again and for a second day, my car remains in my workplace parking lot. While the in-town GroveLink bus service remains suspended, those willing to walk to Main Street will find--at the very least-- Urban Decanter is open serving soups and paninis and hosting a "Cabin Fever" wine tasting party this evening. I haven't decided yet if I want to walk that far.
