Yet another wreck on Halsey Street

Yet another car wreck on Halsey. This one happened two block east of 24 hour fitness. The woman was stuck in the car for about 8 minutes until the police arrived. No one else was hurt. A man following her in another car reported that she was acting erratic at the stop light and swerved into a tree. Then the car flipped on it's side.Empty beer bottles covered the streets.
