Our first home in "Maplewood" was certified Platinum by the USGBC on June 30, 2008. This is the most stringent "Green Building" program in the country. We also have several more homes certifiable at the Gold or Platinum level that be completed very soon!
This is a monumental achievement since there is currently only 1 other home in the entire state of Oregon and 56 Nationwide that have achieved this level of "Green Building" certification. Maplewood has the largest single family units to be built in our project by us for at least another 3 years. There are only 18 units available in Maplewood and it is our closest project to the future Chinook Winds Golf Course expansion.
