My husband, Todd Thorne, went fishing on Nov. 1 and sent this picture to me while I was working. Its entitled "Oink Oink" because he said he caught a "big pig." I have to agree and it tasted great, especially because he caught it, cleaned it and cooked it! He would be so surprised if you put this on air – plus it would earn me some good brownie points.
