I asked my wife and fishing partner, Susan, what she wanted to do for Mothers Day..... and like usual it was let's go fishing. We took our pontoon boats to Lost Lake on the east side of Mt Hood, the temp was 37 degrees and spitting snow. We caught and released 50 to 60 trout. But when she caught this one it was decided it would go to the dinner table. It was caught on a Jakes Lure and weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces. It was a great Mothers Day for here.
