Megan's First Fish

Megan's First Fish!

For Megan's third birthday Great Grandpa Billett fixed Megan up her very own fishing pole. She could hardly wait to use it! In mid-August Grandpa Billett decied to take Megan down to Lacamas Lake in Camas, WA to try out her new pole! And much to our amazement she caught a fish all be herself with her new pole! It was just a small brown trout, but to Megan it was the biggest fish in the world! She will never forget her first (and successful) fishing trip with Grandpa Billett!

Good job. That is a nice little fish for such a cute little girl. What fun memories of fishing she will have.

It's really cool to see little children get excited about fishing. She'll probably continue this tradition the rest of her life, since she'll always remember Great Grandpa teaching her how to fish. That's how memories are made!
