When leaving my moms this after around noon, I noticed this car onto of another car. We had to get a picture of this. Lisa Dr, in Aloha is a residential area where the speed is 25 miles a hour. Motorist driving down Lisa Dr. often are doing 35 miles per hour or plus. The parked car was moved over a car length down when hit. How fast do you suppose the driver was going on a wet day?
