Santi left for Sherwood High School 7:00am Monday, October 27th. He didn't show up for school and hasn't been seen since. He may be with a classmate Kyle Lowe. We are unsure where either of these boys are. If you know or hear anything, please call 503-925-8790, Washington Co 1-503-629-0111 or contact 1-800-RUNAWAY.

My family and I are praying for his safe and speedy return home.

Our prayers go out to the family and the boys!!! May they come home safe!!!

I forwarded this out to every list I have in Sherwood. This is right by my son's school and it makes me very nervous. How old is he? Are there pictures of the other boy?

Our town is small and should band together to help this family! Our family will do anything we can to help!! We pray God returns both boys soon.

I will send out this information to everyone I know. Is there any details on the other boy? My prayers are with the boys and their families.

Kyle may also go by the name of Clyde Bridges. Age: 16, Height 5'6", weight: 125, Thin build, blue eyes, light brown curly hair, fair complexion. Last seen wearing black work boots, levi's, Racing T-shirt, Navy blue & white stripe work shirt.

My prayers are with you.

I have posted the flyer at my restaurant in Old Town Sherwood and will be showing it to all of our customers. Being a Sherwood resident and mother of 4boys I am praying the safe return of these boys.

We are so close to you across 99 and hope that you find out something soon. Will certainly keep my eyes and ears open and alert and hope that he is found soon. Thanks for the description. Our prayers are with you and your family...

Did they leave on foot?? Was there a vehicle involved--I have seen Satiago's picture everywhere, but not his friend?????

My prayers go out to friends and family and for the boys safe return. I will forward the email I received from Sherrie Bonsor. It makes me feel safer that the Sherwood School Dist is so in tune with what goes on outside of school and take action.

Thank you for all your help the more people that have the information the better. You can see the flyer that has been circulated with information on both Santi and Kyle at http://www.myspace.com/bringsantihome

Same question did he leave on foot -- does he have a car and does he have a driver license - does he need or take medication.. And what about the other friend what is his status -- were is his picture

I've shared the photo's with people at work and people on the east coast as well. You just never know. I'm praying for there safe return home.

We believe that they are on foot without access to a car. No drivers license. For those logging on to My Space http://www.myspace.com/bringsantihome please bear with my lack of know how. I am working on getting it public. For now "become a friend"

Oregon Live has this posted as well. Thank you for all your prayers & support! Let's bring Santi & Kyle home. http://www.oregonlive.com/news/index.ssf/2008/10/two_sherwood_high_students_rep.html

The myspace page given above is set to private, so we can only see a thumbnail of the photos and info. It's too small to tell much, but we'll be praying and passing the info along.

Another Alert from the Cook Park Neighborhood. http://cookparkneighborhood.blogspot.com/2008/10/amber-alert-for-missing-sherwood-boys.html

The boy was in my scout troop i think... He is a great kid, I hope he comes home soon. I'm praying for him in church group and at night

The myspace page has been corrected it is now public.

My prayers are with you and your family praying for a safe return. Our boys have hung out together and Santi is a wonderful kid. I'm passing along the info to those i know...

Does any of the boys have a cell? You can check the last calls made Sunday night, Monday morning. My family and I can help search by foot the area...

Our prayers are with you daily until these boys are found and brought home safely. The rumor around the high school is that they took off on a bus to Portland and that they've been texting their friends at school. Is that true?

My prayers are with you and the boys. My son ran away when he was a teenager and I'm so sorry for the pain you are feeling. If you haven't already done so, you may want to question all of his friends. They may know his whereabouts.

Their pictures were not up at the YMCA this morning, and a staff member thought they were found. Is this true??? Please be.........

Im a Sherwood resident and my sister attends the High School the rumor is that Santi jumped on the train, not sure if he really did or not. My prayers are with his family.

If you have any information that can confirm this we would like to know.

A group of us work with homeless in Tigard and Portland. It is amazing how young kids blend in on the street. We are getting their pictures out to the homeless who said they would help.

Our prayers are with you all and hope they are brought home safely and unharmed.

You may check Tri-Met and see if they can revieww their survillance camaras in the buses that come to Sherwood, also at ther train station. Also I heard that the boys have been in Wilsonville and West Linn.

Our prayers are with you for a speedy and safe return. If we hear or see anything we will pass on the information immediately. God Bless.

This community support is amazing! We can not thank you enough for your efforts. The more we all reach out to everyone in our network and beyond the faster we will be able to bring the boys home - Thank You & Keep your eyes & ear open!

Molly & Victor - Our prayers are with you both - and with Santi. I'll get Santi added to the Singing Christmas Tree prayer list as well - as there are a bunch of prayer warriors there as well and it represents people all over town.

I live in Newberg and heard about these boys by my son's Kindergarten teacher... Why the school and loacal athorities haven't been more involved 1 city away I am not sure. I am praying for their safe return home. I also am sending out your flyer...

More pictures have been loaded at: www.myspace.com/bringsantihome

I am posting this at 2pm 10/31/2008. The RUMOR that the boys have been found is not true. We are still actively looking for them and desperately want them to come home. Please continue to pray & keep the word out there.

Hi-- are their cell phones traceable? If they are texting, I am hoping the recipients are cooperating.. I cannot imagine they are not in touch with someone on a regular basis-- I am also disappointed that this is not on every day on the news.

Why is this not on the news daily? We have seen it only twice this week. Runaways or not, missing children should be publicized. Any hopes of tracing their phones? ~Wish we could do something!!

I heard that they were found tonight. Is that true? I hope and pray that it is true and that they are safe and sound. Please let us know. Thanks

OMG!!! I am so so sorry. I know you will find him soon! all of my family is praying for all of you. Remember this do not give up and always have a positive attitude. We wish we can help you. We wish you the best. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I'm so happy he has been found and is ok. Very scary and I'm sure our prayers were heard. He sounds like a wonderful kid. God bless and good luck you you.

I heard they were found in Sacramento yesterday hope it's true

Can someone from the family confirm if the boys have been found or not?? Thanks!

We at KATU received this press release Saturday morning from the Sherwood police: "Runaway youths Santiago Trejo, 15 years, and Kyle Bridges, 16 years, returned last night to family members after calling home.

The press release continued "...The youths had been staying with an acquaintance in the Sacramento, California area."

Sat Nov 1, 2008 at 2:08 pm: Both boys have been found safe. We want to thank the community for the help and support. God worked through everyone to get the word out and he has brought them home to us. Thank you again.

Their names and the Police number are still on the reader board on hwy 99-- posters are still up and no one from the family has confirmed on either site-here or myspace-- will someone verify the great news??

Molly I am so happy they were found I had sent your info the Assistant DA in OC and the Cheif of Police in Laguna as soon as I got the email, They were glad to here they were fiund!!

We are so pleased and happy to know they were found safe and sound. I sure hope that they can appreciate all that the community went through to find them and that we all considered them "one of our own!" We will continue to pray for your families!

This kid is awesome. It came as a big shock to me when my mom told me he went missing. He's been a big help to me in my photography class. I'll keep my eyes open.
