Michelle Deboard and husband Jim of Prineville Oregon were fishing on the mouth of the Johnday river. Michelle hooked this beautiful 20lb steelhead. This was Michelle's first steelhead and a tough one to top. Husband Jim's biggest steelie to date was only 15lbs. Congratulations "Shell"
