This Saturday, November 22nd, marks the 45th Anniversary of the Slaying of President John F. Kennedy, a truly revered and honorable President. Everyone who was at least 10 years old can remeber exactly where they were and what they were doing that day when they heard the news of his assassination in Dallas.
I own the original evening newspaper of the events of that day. In fact, as an 11 year old newspaperboy, I delivered the original newspaper to my home at the end of the day and my father kept it all these years in a metal filebox. We found it four years ago after he died at age 95.
Ask anyone who was around back then and they'll tell you where they were and what they were doing.
