We went to the Fall RV Show at the Expo Center a few weeks ago and received three nights' free camping at the Neskowing RV Resort in return for an hour long sales pitch. Of course we said, Thanks but no thanks.
Anyway, we used our three nights over the Thanksgiving Weekend. Now that gasoline is cheaper once again, it was very enjoyable. The Central Oregon Coast is a much more laid back and friendly area than the North Coast of Oregon, IMO.
There are bobcats and lynx in the deep woods nearby, so dog owners are advised to not leave their dogs unattended at any time. The grounds are teeming with hand fed wild rabbits, too. The fat Lynx in the two polaroid pictures are proof they eat well at the RV Park.
