As you can see in the video, an ATV with a 14 year old at the controls, is pulling a friend behind him on a rural street in Milwaukie at an est. speed of 25-30 miles per hour.
When I spoke to the parents of both individuals, their comment was it is ok, they are just having fun in the snow.
after the ATV accident earlier in the week out in Estacada where a young person was killed, as well as the little girl in Vancouver, WA. last year while being towed behind her Dad's truck,
You would think the parents of these kids would be more careful, but hey the parents are also riding on them at excessive speeds with absolutely no protection. especially a helmet.
Now this is not just one individual, there were 12 different kids and adults enjoying the fun in the snow, all of which took No safety precautions.
even after the Clackamas County Sheriffs dept. responded, and the officers spoke with them, and informed them that it was illegal and very hazardous,and they still continued to risk them self's after the officers left on another call, and after dark
