Winter road condition in Quincy, Oregon

The road (Quincy Mayger Rd) to Quincy from Clatskanie, OR is a main county road and was not sanded until 12:45 today. This is and has always been a dangerous intersection. The trucks keep getting stuck even with chains on. I have called several times asking for help with this. This could have been solved by stopping the truck traffic in Clatskanie from coming out to Port Westward until the road conditions improved. When I called C-Com and asked to have this done their reply was we will see what can be done. In the meantime 3 more trucks got stuck and had to be towed out. What does it take to get some help here?
