It only took 90 minutes this morning to go from wet, rainy pavement, to over 1 inch of snow. The flakes are coming down quietly, very large and wet and coating everything. It's a relief not to have the wind blowing. The busy street nearby (Alberta) has accumulated a covering and the few cars going by are going slow. Not all appear to have traction devices (as common sense indicates). I'm glad to be on vacation!
