What's wrong in this picture?

I was stopped behind a school bus at the intersection of Beavercreek Road and Warner Parrot today and observed this big, yellow school bus with its right turn signal flashing in the left turn lane. The driver did turn left once the light changed to green, all the while signalling a right turn.

Oh well. Even bus drivers can have an off day.
