Ana's Hummingbirds don't migrate for the winter, so we keep a feeder out year-round. Today (Saturday, Dec. 20th_ in Beaverton, with about three inches of new snow and more still coming down, the feeder, just outside my office window, is getting quite a workout. I've had to bring it in several times to thaw it out, and sometimes the little birds are so eager they will land on it while I am still re-hanging it ...
