in west linn OR a Semi truck tried driving up Dillow Drive and failed the truck driver was simply going around town taking his kids and their friends sledding! but now are stuck out side my home on a very steep hill awaiting tow service

Really dumb idea. A bobtail tractor is just about the most helpless vehicle in these conditions that you will find. Even chained up, thay just don't have enough traction. He should have known better.
