In West Salem 1/2 mile north of Brush College School of highway 221 at 245 feet we have about 4" of snow. It's been snowing all morning! This morning the road was bare, now it's covered in packed snow. These shots were taken around 3pm. The temperature outside is 28 degrees. The snow continues to fall!
