This short video was taken at 4:20 today, Saturday from our front porch of inclimate weather at NE 78th and Sandy Blvd. We are just south of PDX and wondering how the planes are managing to get off the ground. KUDOS to KATU and the service people in the area taking care to make sure we know what to expect during this unusually COLD Day. Currently 21 degrees.
