It,s been snowing in Astoria all morning, it has not stopped yet. We have at least 3 inches, so far. Kids are sledding down streets. Not very many people brave enough to drive the hills around town, maybe if you have chains. The traffic going across The Astoria-Megler bridge is very slow and I can see snow plows trying to keep it clear.
