Just came in from outside about 15 minutes ago at 7:30pm. I was walking down 65th Ave south toward Powell Blvd starting at Tibbets.
There's just under 4 inches of snow here in SE PDX. It's the most snow I've seen in the valley this close to downtown since I moved out here 14 years ago from Michigan. When was the last time downtown saw this much snow?
Note: You may want to warn viewers to be careful if they have to go or just do not go out if possible. As the snow is drifting quite high on the sidewalks making it tough to walk and you could easily trip not seeing the difference in height as it looks completely level and you can not see the difference in depth. You could easily twist a knee or ankle or worse.
You may also want to warn viewers whom have heart conditions to stay indoors as it's quite a work out moving out there or shoveling snow.
Finally in picture three there is some EMT event just down the street at a bar? on 66th & Powell looking east. I'm not sure as to what.
Be careful out there and love the coverage. Been watching all day through your live stream.
