If you are required to fetch a family member or help take a neighbor to the store, it is advisable to take it slow at 15 - 20 mph, and travel in 1st or 2nd gear. rather use your gears to slow the vehicle as this reduces the speed on all four tyres simultaneously even if you use a 4 x 4.
Try avoid baking at all if slowing remove foot pressure on pedal to slow to virtual stop.
Be careful not to over rev your vehicle in the low gear.
Vernonia Road is on the north and west side of Saint Helens, entering the neigborhood on Barr Road, and then Edna Barr Lane.
