As record-breaking snow and ice engulfs a city that doesn't even get snow every year, a child found what she calls the best day of her life!
After going crazy in the snow (literally- I have more videos :P) 9-year-old Jenny comes into the house happier and more excited than I've ever seen her. Her long hair is white with snow- she had been throwing snow up in the air and letting it land on her head over and over, and so she comes in and calls out "This is the best day of my life!" So I follow her to the bathroom for her bath and she's still just over-flowing with joy! I grabbed the camera that I'd been taking pictures and video of the snow all day with, and asked her why she was so excited and this is what she said...
