This is the most snow we have got since i have been alive. Living in the valley we don't get a lot of snow, but i have to say this is the first time i have come home from Christmas break to hear my father say "go shovel the walk way". I have found that not to be fun, but the sledding after was. We live on a steep hill which is PERFECT for sledding and now open for snowboarding and skiing this year. I saw an older man ski to the market a couple blocks down.
Right now it is misting/snowing here at a standing 27 degrees since yesterday at 5PM when i looked. It snowed all yesterday non stop till about 11PM.... We measured 8 1/2 inches of snow!!!! now topped with a 1/4 inch of ice. We took our dogs out this morning and they slid down the driveway.lol. she had trouble getting back up.
