A trip to Seaside on Saturday started out with a beautiful winter wonderland. Traveling with studded snow tires made for an easy trip. Once there the surfers were braving the cold and enjoying the waves. On the way home, a stop at Camp 18 for a bowl of the best homemade soup ever was a highlight, although with the road conditions being what they were, they were feeding more birds than humans! But the birds were happy! The windshield wipers kept freezing up all the way home and we were glad to pull into our driveway at the end of the day.
