Alert to Danger of Ice over Snow

Please warn listeners. The ice may feel firm on top, but with some weight on it, break through will occur as soft snow is underneath. This sudden break through can result in twisted ankles and falls. Animals can also break through the ice when running and playing resulting in injury to them as well. Thanks
